With the aim of continuous improvement and to participate in the society of tomorrow, which starts today, the President of the company as well as the entire governance have decided to implement and follow various action plans starting in 2021.
Gender Parity & Inclusion Action Plan
From development, production and post-production to distribution and broadcasting, we are committed to creating a more inclusive and representative entertainment landscape. Woooz Pictures will give equal priority to projects whose creators reflect diversity in terms of gender and culture. Through each of our projects, including through our partners, we aim to achieve gender parity in each of the key roles.
The action plan to achieve gender parity:
- Encourage diversity in projects and project leaders
- Sensitize project leaders in the constitution of their team
- For all collaborations, sensitize our partners to respect gender parity at all stages
- Transparency and reporting by project from 2022.
Preventing and Acting Against Sexist and Sexual Violence
With the support of the Ministry of Culture, FESAC, CGT Spectacle, CFE-CGC, CFTC, FASAP FO, CFDT Communication Conseil, Culture – the CNC, CNM and Audiens, a hotline has been set up for victims or witnesses of rape, sexual harassment, gender-based and sexual violence in the performing arts, audiovisual or film sector, in a professional environment, accessible to all artists and technicians as well as administrative and reception staff. This listening and support unit guarantees the confidentiality of calls from victims or witnesses of rape, sexual harassment, gender-based and sexual violence, anywhere in France.
