Action Plan for Gender Equality and Inclusion

Throughout the production of each film, we are committed to contributing to a more inclusive and representative entertainment landscape. When quality and skills are equal, Woooz Pictures will favour greater gender balance and inclusion, without resorting to labels, and will support projects whose creators reflect diversity in terms of gender and cultural backgrounds.

Across each of our projects, including through our partnerships, we aim to achieve gender parity in every key role.

Our action plan to achieve gender parity:

  • Encourage diversity among projects and project leaders,
  • Raise awareness among project leaders when building their teams,
  • In every collaboration, encourage our partners to uphold gender parity at every stage,
  • Ensure transparency and project-by-project reporting.

Preventing and Addressing Gender-Based and Sexual Violence

With the support of the French Ministry of Culture, FESAC, CGT Spectacle, CFE-CGC, CFTC, FASAP FO, CFDT Communication Conseil Culture, the CNC, the CNM and Audiens, a dedicated support service has been established for victims or witnesses of rape, sexual harassment, and gender-based or sexual violence in the performing arts, audiovisual and film industries.

This service is available to all artists, technicians, administrative staff and front-of-house personnel who experience or witness such incidents in a professional context.

The confidential helpline provides support to victims and witnesses of rape, sexual harassment, and gender-based or sexual violence throughout France. People contacting the service can be referred to experienced clinical psychologists and receive specialised legal advice.
