We founded Woooz Pictures, an independent production company, in 2018 to produce fiction, animation and documentary films for cinema and television.
We seek out new and original stories to share with audiences, while exploring new ways of telling them. Our main ambition is to open windows onto the different cultures and worlds that make up our own.
Our personal backgrounds and cultural diversity shape the projects we choose. We strive to build strong international relationships, both creatively and financially.
Through its independence, Woooz Pictures is committed to giving a voice to diversity and minorities. We want to amplify the many perspectives brought forward by artists, writers and directors.
The art of storytelling should be both unique and exemplary. We are committed to practising this art in tune with our time. Woooz Pictures embraces an environmentally responsible approach, while also promoting gender balance, with each individual valued first and foremost for their skills and expertise.
Investing in content that matters allows stories to come to life and endure across ages, generations and eras. Just as the images of our past reflect who we were, the images we choose to create today can help move forward each individual’s world, the world of a community and, more broadly, society as a whole.
Woooz Pictures is member of APIFA.
